One-on-One Guidance

I've spent years studying Buddhist philosophy and other contemplative traditions — Nagarjuna and the Madhyamaka school especially have shaped how I see things. I'm not a licensed therapist, but I've found that a lot of people just need a calm, honest space to talk through what they're carrying, and someone who can offer a different lens on it.

What this is

A one-on-one conversation — just the two of us, no judgment, no performance. You talk about whatever's weighing on you: a decision, a pattern you can't break, a period of life that feels stuck. I listen, and I offer what I can from what I've studied — ideas like emptiness, dependent origination, and the distinction between conventional and ultimate reality, not as abstract theory but as ways of loosening the grip certain thoughts have on you. If it's useful, I'll point you to a practice or two you can try on your own afterward.

What this isn't

This isn't therapy in the clinical sense, and I'm not a substitute for a licensed mental health professional. If you're in crisis or need medical care, please reach out to one. This is philosophical and spiritual guidance, one person to another — nothing more, nothing less.
